Our carers are all personally interviewed, screened through Police Criminal Record Checks, and verbal and written references are taken up before engagement. We endeavour to match the carer’s abilities and personality to the client’s requirements.

We monitor the well-being of both client and carer on a regular basis. Help is available around the clock to both client and carer seven days per week via our on-call service, which ensures that a member of the management team is always available. Our carers are provided with a detailed Private Care Handbook for guidance.

The carers’ skills are assessed regularly. They receive a monthly newsletter and monthly educational information to help develop their skills, as well as to maintain their existing skills and understanding.
